The VDS consists of 18 modules that we can transport and install per module.

Are you considering purchasing the VDS for the cleaning and disinfection of your beds and mattresses? Then we would be happy to work out a detailed plan for you.

Our specialists visit on site at the location and provide the right drawings with connection values and connection points. This ensures that the VDS fits within the available space.

Conditions for installation

Thanks to the modular concept, the VDS can be applied quickly and efficiently in most hospitals. Is the available space at least 2.70 metres high? Then we install the VDS directly on the floor. In room with less height, we place the VDS in a recess in the ground.


For the operation of the VDS we require:

  • Osmosis water with a capacity of at least 60 litres per hour;
  • Compressed air with a peak capacity of 1500 litres per minute at a maximum of 6 bar;
  • Ventilation air with a supply and discharge capacity of 2000m3 per hour;
  • Electrical connection of at least 125 AMP;
  • Data port cat-5 or cat-6.
