Technical service – Remote service and training

Maximum support

We are happy to combine our efforts with those of your technical service. Thanks to the cooperation with your technical staff, our remote access to the VDS and the telephone support of our specialists, together we can ensure maximum availability of the VDS. We train the technical service employees in the same way as our own employees, so that they are also completely familiarised with our system.


We would be happy to visit you to train your employees on site. We preferably provide the training courses in English, with the support of manuals in a language of your choice. Prefer training in another language? No problem, then we provide translators. We will be happy to advise you. The more people become familiar with the VDS, the better we can support your organisation.

Training

Sustainable care also means paying attention to a healthy working environment for your employees. The VDS is designed with ergonomics and convenience in mind. Did you know, for example, that the VDS can only be operated by one person? We provide training to help your employees get started and show them how to use the VDS. Not only do we teach your employees how to operate the VDS themselves, but we also train ‘super-users’ so that they can train new employees and solve simple problems themselves.
